Welcome to the 2023 PacNW Winter Classic Showcase – The Premier Winter Soccer Tournament in the Country!
Pacific Northwest Soccer Club is excited to be back and hosting the 14th PacNW Winter Classic Showcase. This year’s tournament will be held in January 2023 and we expect to have over 500+ teams! We are expecting to have 130 or more College Coaches attending this years Showcase.
The first weekend of the tourney will be January 6-8 (Age groups 2009-2011 & 2013) and the second weekend is January 13-16 (Age groups 2004-2008 & 2012).
Entry Deadline was November 14th!

The Winter Classic is based out of the world-class Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila with support from our surrounding field complexes. Starfire Sports is the training home of the Seattle Sounders and the Pacific Northwest Soccer Club. The Winter Classic Tournament Headquarters will be located in the PacNW Clubhouse, located on the main floor of Starfire.
The PacNW Winter Classic is a stay and play tournament and this year we have again partnered with Event Connect to help with all your hotel needs. All teams traveling from out of town must stay in one of the many event hotels.
For Team Managers looking for assistance in choosing their team(s) hotel, please email the Travel Team Coordinators via For all inquiries on hotel reservations, please call Reservations Management by dialing 1-888-723-2064.”
We will continue to utilize the online team registration option to help Managers with Check-In once teams are accepted. This will hopefully save time trying to get your teams checked-in prior to the start of the event.

Weekend 2 was a fantastic week of soccer and weather! So great to see all the players having fun and competing out on the pitch. We ended up having over 100 College Coaches in attendance and heard nothing but great things about the level of play they saw.
It’s always fun to see teams come and play from all over the US and we thank all of the teams for enduring the travel and challenges to get here and to help make this such a fantastic event.

Thank you to Scouting Zone for running the college program for the PacNW Winter Classic.
Finally, the Winter Classic will take place in January 2022 after having to cancel the 2021 tournament due to the pandemic restrictions. In 2020, more than 125 college coaches throughout the country attended PacNW’s showcase tournament. PacNW is proud to host many of the top youth soccer teams throughout the West and welcome dozens of coaches. In 2020, a RECORD 525 teams participating in the Winter Classis from all over the US and Canada, including teams from AK, CA, MT, ID, OR, CO, WA, and many from British Columbia.
The PacNW Winter Classic is based on the world-class Starfire Sports Complex, with support from our other surrounding fields. Starfire Sports is the training home of the Seattle Sounders and features 11 fields both natural grass and artificial turf (see the field map) The Winter Classic Tournament Headquarters and team check-in will be located in the PacNW clubhouse on the main floor of Starfire in the SE corner next to stairs leading to field 3.
We are pleased to partner with Soccer West, the top soccer retailer in the Puget Sound region, for all official Winter Classic merchandise.
