• Training 2x per week

• Mon & Wed, 5:15–6:30pm

• Games on Sundays Fall and Spring

• Technical training w/ PacNW coaching staff

Cost:

• Program: $605-$1,495 (Includes $190 registration)

• Uniform (one-time purchase)

Seasons:

• Full Year: May ‘25- Mid April ‘26

• Summer/Fall: May ‘25-Nov ‘25

• Spring: January 22 - April (approx. 7 games)

Notes:

• To complete registration you will need a headshot photo of your child as well as a birth certificate.

U8/U9 JUNIOR ACADEMY:

• This program is open to all and very flexible, with families having 4 choices:

  • All Year (May–April)

  • Fall/Summer (May–November)

  • Winter (January–April)

• This program includes all non-RCL U8 and U9’s.

• Teams practice Monday & Wednesday, 5:15–6:30pm, at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila

• This will be run similar to how the Junior Academy currently operates

  • Players all train together in a pool.

  • Players may join throughout the year on a rolling basis.

  • Rosters formed just prior to the Fall season and revisited in the Winter based on development needs of players and changes in player counts.

• For league play, teams compete on Sundays in our region’s Junior Academy league.

U8/U9 RCL:

• This option is an all-year program. The U8/U9 RCL season is May–April.

• There will be traditional tryouts for these teams over two days (in Spring)

• This program will include our top two U8 (boys) U9 (boys and girls) teams.

• The RCL U8/U9 teams practice at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila, Monday & Wednesday, 5–6:30pm.

• Teams participate in the Regional Club league (RCL). The majority of PacNW teams participate in this league.

• Players will be selected into a “pool” for the summer, with both coaches working with the pool.

  • In the summer, rosters will be formed for the 2 teams for the Fall RCL Season

  • In December or January, the coaches will revisit those rosters to see if any movement needs to take place for the best interest of the players

Winter U8 RCL:

• The U8 RCL season is January–April.

• There will be traditional tryouts for these teams, one day (in Winter)

• This program will include our top U8 team for both boys and girls.

• The RCL U8 teams practice at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila, Monday & Wednesday, 5-6:30pm.

• Teams participate in the Regional Club league (RCL). The majority of PacNW teams participate in this league.

All levels welcome!

All skill levels are welcome at PacNW’s Junior Academy. U8 & U9 RCL teams are selected through tryouts, but any player is welcome to join the Junior Academy Teams.

PacNW offers many tutorial videos for players to practice essential skills. These are not required, but regularly practicing these skills will help players improve fundamental skills.

One series offers sequential videos that increase in difficulty, where players should challenge themselves to master each level before moving to the next. Other videos on PacNW’s Junior Academy Youtube page, offer tutorials on specific moves.

All players need is a ball and determination!
