PacNW Camp Refund Policy: Refunds will be awarded only when (a) a refund request is made one week prior to the start of the program’s first session; (b) a player is injured and is unable to return to the program (a signed physician’s note required); (c) a family moves beyond a 50-mile radius of Starfire Sports Complex; (d) child is sick or has been exposed to COVID and is unable to attend. All requests must be emailed to programs@pacnwsc.org. Credit card fees are nonrefundable.** 

ID Camp Cancellation Policy: In the event of inclement weather or circumstances out of the camp's control causing full event cancellation, PacNW may refund a maximum of 75% of the camp fees.
