2025 CLUB FEES & FINANCIAL AID

CLUB FEES

PacNW club fees cover the following: Director and coach salaries, field rentals, equipment, referees, league/association fees and scheduling for ECNL, ECNL-RL and RCL, State Cup entry fees, admin costs, insurance and two local summer tournaments as selected by the Director of Coaching.

Uniform purchase is an additional cost for each player and is not included in the program prices listed above.

FINANCIAL AID

Financial aid applications for HS Boys were due by March 15. Notifications for these age groups will be sent by April 15. For all other age groups, applications must be submitted by June 15 with notifications sent by July 15.

  • Funds are limited so please submit your request as soon as possible. Financial aid does not cover 100% of club fees. No late or incomplete financial aid applications will be accepted.

  • The PacNW financial aid application can be filled out on the PLAYMETRICS site once your team acceptance has been completed.

    • MOBILE: Navigate to PROGRAMS at the bottom of the app then find CLUB PROGRAMS at the the top —> toggle to select FINANCIAL AID and then click the + sign to register for financial aid. Fill in ALL information and SUBMIT REQUEST.

    • DESKTOP: In left hand side navigation bar click on CLUB PROGRAMS —> select the FINANCIAL AID tab at top —> Click on REQUEST FINANCIAL AID button in the top right hand corner. Fill in ALL information and SUBMIT REQUEST.

  • All scheduled payments must be made until notified that financial aid has been awarded.

  • We also offer several opportunities for families to reduce their out-of-pocket costs by participating in our Work Study program. By performing certain tasks for the club, families can receive a discount off their club fees.
