RECREATIONAL SOCCER

Operating exclusively in the Federal Way area. Recreational soccer welcomes all players, focusing on fun, teamwork and skill development. Whether you're new to soccer or just looking for a way to have fun with friends, this environment fosters a supportive and non-judgmental space for everyone. It’s the perfect place to learn the basics, improve your skills, and experience a sport centered around friendship, fitness, and fun.

WHAT DOES A SEASON LOOK LIKE?

Players practice 2 nights a week in Federal Way. Times and locations determined by the coach prior to start of practices. U5–U14 games are played on Saturdays. U15 and older games are played on Sundays.

U5–U6 (3 aside)

Coed teams with a maximum of 6 players on a team

U7–U8 (4 aside)

with a maximum of 8 players on a team

U9–U10 (7 aside)

with a maximum of 12 players on a team

U11–U12 (9 aside)

with a maximum of 14 players on a team

U13–U19 (11 aside)

with a maximum of 18 players on a team

Coaches and Volunteers

All teams are coached by adult volunteers

Each team formed must provide at least one coach. If you are interested in coaching, contact Dave@pacnwsc.org

FALL SEASON

  • Registration opens May 15th

  • Registration closes July 31st

  • U5–U8 Rec Academy Teams – practices start after Labor Day

  • U9-U19 Rec SSUL Teams - practices start end of August

  • First games begin mid September

  • The season runs approximately 10–12 weeks

  • Registration is done online through FederalWaySoccer.com

SPRING SEASON

  • Registration opens December 1st

  • Registration closes February 23rd

  • U5–U8 Rec Academy Teams – practices start after Federal Way Spring Break

  • U9-U19 Rec SSUL Teams - practices start end of March

  • First games begin mid April

  • The season runs approximately 6–8 weeks

  • Registration is done online through FederalWaySoccer.com
