Coaching Philosophy: My team's toughest opponent is the level of soccer performance we are working to achieve. No soccer talent is worth developing if its at the cost of character or grades. My job is to make players great for someone else, not myself, so they can be seen as assets to a professional/Semi-Pro/NCAA level team and have soccer in their lives forever. My goal is to create an environment where every player can maximize their potential.

Personal Note: It takes a lot of passion and energy to coach soccer to kids at this level. It means prioritizing other people's children and lives over my own on a weekly basis. This means I am not always able to be fully present in my own personal life as I work so closely with families in the community. I am endlessly grateful for my wife Holly for supporting my career with patience, love, and support, all while ensuring we have a proper work-life balance and have the quality time we need.
