Coaching Philosophy:  Technique, technique, technique!  I think a player will gain confidence as they improve their technique.  Being comfortable with the ball is the beginning of great things!  I love to watch the confidence that comes when players are confident in their ability with the ball.  I aim to work individually with each player to help them improve, and give them opportunities in different positions so that they understand the game from different perspectives.
