Coaching Philosophy: Three main priorities as a coach here at PNW. The first is joy.... Loving what you do is a must when taking on a life time of soccer, player development is always in the forefront of my mind as I watch children grow as players and people, compete compete compete... Players that have a drive to win develop much quicker then those that are passengers for the ride.
